We are hosting our very first competition. We are so proud and excited to invite you to this event. We are doing a Strongman/CrossFit style competition. What's that you say? It's going to cater to both the Strongman and the CrossFitter. The style of gym we are has made it possible to be able to do things like this. We wanted to bring the community a different kind of competition. We wanted to do something different.
There will be cash prizes! We will be able to have about 50 competitors. We will have a few Strongman events and a few CrossFit events. It's going to be a level playing field. We want everyone to be able to compete.
We will also be featuring a few things for Fatigue Management, like PT, Massage Therapy, Chiropractic and a few other things. Vendors, please send us a message.

The cost is $55 for competitors.
